Seeing Life Through Someone Else’s Lens…

Inspiration Helen Child

For those of you that know me you’ll recognize this as one of my personal maxims and one I try hard to apply. It’s seems only right I that I do that here for my blog.

So rather than using endless stock images of plastic cards and boardrooms to support my blog posts, which you all see in your day-to-day lives anyway. I thought it was an opportune moment to introduce you to two very talented local people – Jane and Damon – whose images I will be sharing on my blog.

Keen cyclist, a BMX champion in earlier years I believe, and an amateur photographer extraordinaire. He’s kindly allowed me to use some of his photos of the sun setting over the Lakeland Fells and Morecambe Bay. This is the stunning view I have from my Sitting Room window seat; the one I’m always chatting about, the one that changes daily and never fails to take my breath away…

Seeing Life Through Someone Else’s Lens…

Keen cyclist, can you see a theme developing here? Jane is also a local Lakeland artist. She wonderfully captures the drama and beauty of Striding Edge, one of the famous Lakeland walks and also the name of my Prepaid Card & Payments Consultancy. I love these painting. So much so, that they feature on my Christmas cards. Jane thoughtfully signed every one too!  Lovely touch. Thank you.
