I’m a highly accomplished senior leader in the financial services industry, with over twenty years proven experience in the prepaid card and payments processing market. I’ve a reputation as an expert in this field, and I’m the founder and former CEO of the UK’s first E Money License issuer to be awarded licenses by both MasterCard & Visa.  An extraordinary journey.

Today I work through my Striding Edge consultancy, providing strategic and practical support to banks and organisations that are seeking to develop or increase their footprint in the European prepaid market.  I work as an extension to your team, allowing them to focus on their ‘day job’ Рa safe pair of hands to remove your resource strain.

I thrive on achievement and am known for my perseverance for tactical and operational implementation in my delivery. I am passionate about both continual service and organizational improvement, and have a highly successful track record in building collaborative teams utilizing my relationship and communication skills across cross-cultural and multi-jurisdictional geographies. I am a skilled and resourceful negotiator, engaging all the stakeholders to facilitate sustainable transformational change in a dynamic, complex regulated landscape.
